[FIXED] Game upload problem

Hey, this is not really a bug but I didn't see a problems section.
Basically, Ive added games using the fetchgames feature, but am now looking to add games of my choice.
I tried uploading a game, and after trying to upload, the page refreshes, and displays this PHP error at the top of the page:
'Warning: getimagesize(../games/Thing_Thing_Arena_3_03062009.swf) [function.getimagesize]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/flashyel/public_html/admin/includes/uploader.php on line 85'
This is followed by the message 'game already exists or field empty', but everything is filled in, and the game doesn't exist.
I have no idea what I've done wrong. As far as I can remember, I've set all permissions correctly.
Any help is greatly appreciated

This is quite a big problem, as it means I cant upload any games :/
Ive paid for this script, so expect a quicker response please.
Have submitted a ticket but received no response either.
